Tom, a closeted gay man living alone in Manila during the Enhanced Community Quarantine, isolates himself, finding comfort in his work and video calls with his best friend, Gad. His life changes when his long-lost college friend Kendrick reconnects. Unlike Tom, Kendrick lives freely, unaware of Tom’s unspoken love for him. When Kendrick returns home heartbroken after a failed romance, Tom distances himself. However, when Kendrick falls ill with coronavirus and has no one to care for him, Tom bravely decides to help. As he risks his life to be there for Kendrick, he finally gathers the courage to confess his feelings.
