Sinopsis

With Chongqing as the background, this movie tells a different kind of family story between three unrelated people. The film has a time span of nearly a century and records the life trajectories of two generations and two families. A son writes a novel about his father’s life and the time they spent together since they came into each others’ lives, to first meeting, to finding a life partner, until the son reaches adulthood.
